Your condo association will have certain rules and bylaws by which all residents must abide. Make sure you can live with them. They might, for example, prohibit pets over a certain size. They also may prohibit subleasing your condo or renting it out. Some condo associations may hold sway over how you can paint the interior of your place and have something to say about the type of window coverings you use, or what resides on your deck.
